Common use of Understandings and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Understandings and Agreements. This Agreement constitutes all of the understandings and agreements of whatsoever nature or kind existing between the parties with respect to Manager's management of the Project. The parties hereby acknowledge, represent and agree that in entering into this Agreement, they are not relying upon any statement, representation or promise, or the failure to make any statement, representation or promise, of any other party (or of any officer, agent, employee, representative or attorney for any other party), in executing this Agreement except as expressly stated herein.
