Under the Road Bore for a State Highway. If we must go under a state highway (named above) to tie your meter into the main water line, boring work must be done. There will be a cost of $1,200 for this service. $1,000.00 per meter and/or per lot/customer and must be paid up front. Each circumstance will be evaluated for determination. $100.00, non-refundable, for each account set up. This fee must be paid each time and on each property even if you are a current customer moving to a different location on the system or if you have more than one property.
