Undeliverable. If the notice of recall is returned as undeliverable the Employer will have no further obligation to the employee.
Undeliverable. At the conclusion of the email campaign, Kroll will provide a report with the email 24 delivery status of each record. The report will include the number of records that had a successful 25 Email Notice delivery, and a count of the records where delivery failed. Kroll will also update its 26 administration database with the appropriate status of the email campaign for each of the Settlement
Undeliverable. Consultant shall immediately notify the County, in writing, via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, of each change or address to which service of process can be made. Service by the County to the last known address shall be sufficient.
