Uncovering Work. The Design-Builder, at the City’s request, shall uncover, expose, and reconstruct, or otherwise make available for observation, inspection, testing, or approval, any portion of the Work. The Design-Builder shall furnish all necessary labor, material, and equipment. The cost shall be allocated as follows:
