Unclaimed. Any animal whose owner has failed to reclaim the animal within the statutory time frames under State laws.
Unclaimed. If any such property is not so claimed within such thirty (30) day period, LANDLORD may proceed to dispose of it in any manner that LANDLORD may elect, including converting it to LANDLORD'S own use or benefit, without any liability on the part of the LANDLORD.
