Common use of Unbundled Network Element Combinations Clause in Contracts

Unbundled Network Element Combinations. 4.1 For purposes of this Section, references to “Currently Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by Syniverse are in fact already combined by AT&T in the AT&T network. References to “Ordinarily Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by Syniverse are not already combined by AT&T in the location requested by Syniverse but are elements that are typically combined in AT&T’s network. References to “Not Typically Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by Syniverse are not elements that AT&T combines for its use in its network.
