Common use of Unauthorized Settlements Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Settlements. To indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement for any amounts paid in settlement of a proceeding effected within seven (7) calendar days after delivery by the Indemnitee to the Company of the notice provided for in Section 7(a) hereof unless the Company consents to such settlement.

Unauthorized Settlements.
