Common use of Unaffiliated Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Unaffiliated Third Parties. Nothing under this Agreement imposes any duty upon the Transfer Agent in connection with or makes the Transfer Agent liable for the actions or omissions to act of unaffiliated third parties, other than subcontractors referenced in Section 10.1 of this Agreement.
