Umpire Not Appointed Sample Clauses

Umpire Not Appointed if within 14 days of the date of their appointment the valuers: (a) fail to appoint an umpire; or (b) are unable to agree on an umpire; then either party may ask the President of the New Zealand Property Institute to appoint an umpire and obtain the umpire’s written acceptance of appointment;
