Umbrella/Excess Liability. Tenant will maintain umbrella/excess liability insurance as shown below. The insurance will be on an occurrence basis in excess of the underlying insurance described in Sections 9.2(a), (b) and (c)(i)(B) and will be at least as broad as each and every one of the underlying policies.
