Umbrella/Excess Liability. The minimum limits of general liability and automobile liability insurance required, as set forth above, shall be provided for either in a single policy of primary insurance or a combination of policies of primary and umbrella excess coverage. Excess liability coverage shall be issued with limits of liability which, when combined with the primary insurance, will equal the minimum limits for general liability and automobile liability.
