UK Bribery Act. Each party agrees to comply with the UK Bribery Act. End User acknowledges and agrees that End User has not received, requested, been offered, agreed, paid or promised, any offer, promise or gift of any financial or other advantage from and to any person that would constitute a violation under the UK Bribery Act, or which would have influenced or secured any business or other advantage to Moogsoft.
