Common use of UCC Searches Clause in Contracts

UCC Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received certified copies of UCC Requests for Information or Copies (Form UCC-11) or a similar search report, dated a date reasonably near to the Eighth Amendment Effective Date, listing all effective financing statements that name any Obligor (under its present name and any previous names) as the debtor, together with copies of such financing statements (with evidence of Liens only as permitted by Section 7.2.3 of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, or otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).
