Common use of UCC Search Clause in Contracts

UCC Search. The results of a Uniform Commercial Code search showing all financing statements and other documents or instruments on file against the Borrower in the office of the Secretary of State of Texas, such search to be as of a date no more than ten (10) days prior to the date of the initial Advance or the Letter of Credit;

UCC Search. The results of a Uniform Commercial Code search showing all financing statements and other documents or instruments on file against Borrower and Guarantors the Borrower in the office offices of the Secretary of State of TexasTexas and the Secretary of State of South Carolina, such search to be as of a date no more than ten (10) days prior to the date of the initial Advance or the Letter of Credit;
