UCC Releases. UCC termination statements releasing each of the Liens upon the Company Assets other than Permitted Liens.
UCC Releases. The release of all security interests in the US Airways Transferred Assets by US Airways’ lenders and applicable UCC-3 termination statements, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Delta.
UCC Releases. The Seller will provide the Buyer with a release of each lien executed by a secured party that has a lien on the Servicing Rights. Each release will specify: (a) that each such lien has been terminated, (b) the name and address of the debtor, (c) the name and address of the secured party, (d) the file number of the financing statement, and (e) the funds necessary to release such lien in all locations where the lien has been recorded.
UCC Releases. 9.1.22 Evidence of capacity and transfer of the wastewater capacity for the Property into Seller at no cost to Purchaser.

The Sellers shall have delivered to the Buyers prior to Closing, releases in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyers and Uniform Commercial Code termination statements, executed by the appropriate secured parties and in a form appropriate for recording and filing that are sufficient to release any and all Liens securing or otherwise relating to the outstanding Debt of Joliet, including, but not limited to, items 1-17, inclusive, on SCHEDULE 2.02 hereof.

On or promptly after the Effective Date, the ------------ Trustee shall execute and deliver (at the joint and several expense of the Terminating Sellers) such UCC termination statements and releases as the Terminating Sellers shall reasonably request to evidence the release of the Trustee's interests in the Retransferred Assets.

UCC Releases. Each Originator and the Administrative Agent, for itself and each Purchaser, hereby authorizes the filing of amendments to any financing statements filed against any Originator providing for the deletion of collateral substantially in the manner described on the attached Exhibit D.
