U S WEST Responsibilities. (a) U S WEST will provide [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] pricing to USi for inclusion into the total solution to the customer. Within its region, U S WEST will offer regulated services at tariff rates on a pass-through basis. U S WEST will also price CPE to USi at levels allowed by existing contracts either for resell or internal consumption. Maintenance and support for CPE will be at [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT]. All prices are found on the U S WEST product list entitled Schedule A.
