TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Typewritten or handwritten provisions inserted herein or attached hereto as an addendum shall control all printed provisions of Sales Contract in conflict therewith, provided that such inserted provisions bear the initials of Purchaser and Seller denoting acceptance of and agreement to the modification.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Typewritten or handwritten provisions, riders and addenda shall control all printed provisions of this Contract in conflict with them.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Hand-written provisions inserted in this contract and typewritten provisions initialed by both parties shall control over the typewritten provisions in conflict therewith.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Typewritten or handwritten provisions inserted in this form and acknowledged by the parties as evidenced by their initials shall control all printed provisions in conflict therewith.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Typewritten or handwritten provisions inserted herein or attached hereto as addenda shall control all printed provisions of this contract in conflict therewith.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Any typewritten or handwritten provisions inserted into or attached to this Agreement as addenda must be initialed by both Seller and Buyer. No addendum is attached to this Agreement.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. No typewritten or handwritten provisions inserted herein or attached hereto as addenda shall be effective unless signed or initialed by both parties. Upon such signature or initial, such provisions shall control all printed provisions of Contract in conflict therewith.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Typewritten or handwritten provisions which are inserted in or attached to this Agreement as addenda or riders shall control all printed or pretyped provisions of this Agreement with which they may be in conflict.
TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS. Typewritten or handwritten provisions that are inserted in this Agreement or attached to this Agreement as addenda or riders shall not be valid unless such provisions are initialed by both signatories to this Agreement.
