Twelve Month Approval. Remains in effect for twelve months from the date of the chief’s approval. Each employee will be notified, via memorandum, prior to the end of the twelve-month approval period. Twelve Month Approval. Remains in effect for 12 months from the date of the Chief of Police’s approval. Each employee will be notified, via memorandum, prior to the end of the 12-month approval period. To continue the secondary employment, the employee must submit a new request.

  • consecutive months If the Employer extends an individual employee’s trial service period, the Employer will provide the employee with written reasons for the extension. Employees in an in-training appointment will follow the provisions outlined in Subsection 4.3 E.

  • months The provisions of the Contract will apply (subject to any Variation or adjustment to the Contract Price pursuant to clause C4 (Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period)) throughout any such extended period.

  • Calendar Quarter January through March, April through June, July through September, or October through December.

  • Fiscal Year The fiscal year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.

  • OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.

  • Five Years All full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for five (5) years shall receive three (3) weeks’ vacation with full pay.
