Twelve Hour Shift Workers Clause Samples

Twelve Hour Shift Workers. (i) if the public holiday falls on a day, which is “rostered on” and there is no requirement to work, then normal salary will be paid. If for some reason there is a requirement to work on a public holiday then normal salary will be paid plus the number of hours worked will be paid at the additional hours rate as provided by Part 2 clause 12.4; and (ii) if the public holiday falls on a day which is “rostered off”, then there is an additional 12 hours at time to be paid for the public holiday. If for some reason there is a requirement to work on this public holiday then payment for that day will be 12 hours at time plus the number of hours worked will be paid at the additional hours rate as provided by Part 2 clause 12.4.
