Turnkey Solution Clause Samples
A Turnkey Solution clause defines the obligation of one party to deliver a fully completed, operational product or service that is ready for immediate use by the other party. In practice, this means the provider is responsible for all aspects of design, construction, installation, and commissioning, so the client can simply "turn the key" and begin using the solution without further work. This clause ensures that the client receives a comprehensive, ready-to-use outcome, minimizing their involvement in the project and reducing the risk of incomplete or non-functional deliverables.
