Common use of Turn Around Time Clause in Contracts

Turn Around Time. An employee required to start a new shift within sixteen (16) hours of completing her previous shift including overtime, shall be paid at the rate of time and one and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours which fall within the sixteen hours turn around time, except in cases where the employee working with less than sixteen (16) hours turn around time has co-signed or requested a change of the posted work schedule, or has requested additional hours (ie. short notice call in) and has the right to refuse.
