TURF MOW. A. All turf grass areas shall be mowed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays:  Once every week between April 1st and November 1st  Once every other week between November 2nd and March 31st Mowing shall occur on the same days each period. Mowing missed due to inclement weather shall be rescheduled and completed within two (2) days on the weekly schedule and four (4) days on the bi-weekly schedule. Cutting heights and methods shall be:  Bluegrass/Fescue June thru September October thru May 3” reel or rotary 2” reel or rotary  St. Augustine Year Round 2-1/4”  Bermuda Year round 3/4” (All equipment shall be adjusted to the proper height and properly sharpened.) Grass clippings are not to be collected. All glass, paper, leaves and other debris shall be removed and disposed of offsite prior to mowing. No blowers are permitted in Laguna Beach Locations in accordance with city code. All walkways, drains, turf, roadways, shelters or other areas dirtied by mowing operations (including clippings) shall be cleaned and all debris removed and disposed of prior to completion of each day’s mowing operations.
