Common use of Tuition Reimbursement Program Clause in Contracts

Tuition Reimbursement Program. Effective September 1, 2004, the NPS agrees to reimburse the cost of tuition not to exceed $250 per credit for courses receiving prior approval from the Office of Staff Development. Employees may be reimbursed for up to three (3) credits per year. Effective September 1, 2005, the number of credits eligible for reimbursement shall be six (6) credits per employee per year. Effective September 1, 2007, the NPS’s total cost for tuition reimbursement shall not exceed $26,500 per year.
