TRUTH IN RENTING. You acknowledge that you have received the Truth in Renting information, required to be provided by New Jersey law (NJSA Section 46: 8-46).
TRUTH IN RENTING. The Lease is not intended to violate or waive any of the provisions of the Truth In Renting Act or any of the statutes referred to in the Truth In Renting Act relating to fitness and habitability, security deposits, civil rights, civil rights of handicapped persons, and consumer protection, or any other statutory provision. If any provision of this Lease violates or waives any of the above statutes, then such provision shall be null and void but the other provisions of this Lease shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
TRUTH IN RENTING. (Applies to all Tenants with a rental term of at least one month living in residences with more than two dwelling units or more than three if the Landlord occupies one.) Tenant hereby acknowledges receipt today of the Truth in Renting information, required to be provided by New Jersey law (NJSA Section 46:8-45).

The Agency will present the Property to all prospective Buyers in compliance with local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws against discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status and/or familial status, children, or other prohibited factors.

  • ADA All Exhibitors shall be responsible for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Speakers and other sound devices should be positioned so as to direct sound into the booth rather than into the aisle. Rule of thumb: Sound and noise should not exceed 85 decibels. Demonstration areas must be organized within the exhibitors’ space so as not to interfere with any aisle traffic. Should spectators of a demonstration interfere with normal traffic flow in the aisle, Show Management will require that the demonstration cease. Exhibitors and vendors are responsible for individual ASCAP/BMI music licensing fees if applicable. Vendors and exhibitors hereby represent that they have, or shall have by the time of the event, obtained all required licenses for the live or recorded performance of music. Exhibitors and/or vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless Show Management, its directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and representatives from and against all claims, costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees), expenses and liabilities arising from breach of the foregoing representations.

  • Zoning Borrower shall not, and shall not permit Mortgage Borrower or Operating Company to, initiate or consent to any zoning reclassification of any portion of any Individual Property or seek any variance under any existing zoning ordinance or use or permit the use of any portion of any Individual Property in any manner that could result in such use becoming a non-conforming use under any zoning ordinance or any other applicable land use law, rule or regulation, without the prior consent of Lender.

  • PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Contractor and/or subcontractor agree to comply with the provisions of §504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, (29 USC 794 et seq., as implemented in 45 CFR 84.1 et seq.), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended (42 USC 12101 et seq.; as implemented in 29 CFR 1630), as applicable, pertaining to the prohibition of discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities in all programs or activities, and if applicable, as implemented in Title 45, CFR, §84.1 et seq., as they exist now or may be hereafter amended together with succeeding legislation.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • Personal Medical Leave 1. Accrued 100% sick leave may be used at the employee's discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below.
