Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Senior Notes Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Senior Notes and may otherwise collect obligations owed to it by the Issuers or their Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuers or their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Senior Secured Notes Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes and may otherwise collect obligations owed to it by the Issuers or their Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuers or their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.
