The Trustee under Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Registrar or any other agent of the IndentureIssuer or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, Transfer Agent or such other agent.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Subject to certain limitations, the Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee pledge of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have as if it were not Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. However, the Trustee must comply with Section 608 of the Indenture.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the IndentureTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer Issuer, the Guarantors or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its their respective Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. In addition, the Trustee shall be permitted to engage in transactions with the Issuer and its Affiliates and Subsidiaries.

The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. 19.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer become a creditor of, or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any of its Affiliates Affiliates, with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.

Trustee Dealings with the Issuer. The Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with and collect obligations owed to it by the Issuer or its Affiliates and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or its any of their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee. Any Paying Agent, Registrar, co-Registrar or co-Paying Agent may do the same with like rights.
