Trustee shall maintain such records for the Preneed Trust Fund as will evidence the amounts received for deposit, the amounts disbursed and withdrawn, the total amount of Preneed Funds held and the location, description, and character of the investments of the Preneed Trust Fund. Such books and records shall be open for inspection and audit by any party so designated by the Funeral Establishment.
