Trust Estate. Trust Estate" shall mean, as of any particular time, any and all property, real or personal or otherwise, tangible or intangible, transferred, conveyed, or paid to the Trust or to the Trustees as Trustees, and all rents, income, profits and gains therefrom, together with the proceeds from the sale or other disposition thereof, which at such time are owned or held by the Trust or the Trustees.
