At the commencement of the Review Period, Seller shall make available to Purchaser true and correct copies of (i) all Drilling Contracts and Ancillary Agreements which are to be assumed or performed by the Purchaser, (ii) daily drilling reports with respect to Seller’s Drilling Business, (iii) all maintenance and rig inspection records relating to the Assets, (iv) all safety records relating to the Drilling Business (for the prior one year), (v) all personnel records for all employees, and (vi) all other documents referenced in this Agreement which have not previously been delivered to the Purchaser, including copies of all insurance policies listed on Schedule 5(m).
