Truck slips. Purchaser shall require the truck driver of each load of logs to sign a log load receipt in quadruplicate on forms to be furnished by County. Purchaser shall designate a person who is competent and continuously employed at the place of loading to properly supervise and issue log load receipts. The first copy, (white) shall stay in the book for the County. The second copy, (canary) shall be the Purchaser's copy. The third copy (pink) shall be given to the truck driver, who shall retain possession at all times while the logs are in transit, as evidence of the driver's authority to transport logs from timber sale area. The fourth copy (manila) shall be stapled to the load and folded so that Xxxxxxx County shows. It shall be picked up by the scaler, and signed as evidence that the load of logs was delivered. The scaler shall also record the log load receipt number on the scale ticket, and attach the scaler receipt part to a copy of the scale ticket, and mail to County on the date scaled.

The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.   • Sub-processing 1. The data importer shall not subcontract any of its processing operations performed on behalf of the data exporter under the Clauses without the prior written consent of the data exporter. The following limitations on Visa Check Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of Visa Check Card purchases you make per day. - Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 per day. - There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
