Trolleys. The trolleys are intended for customer uses only. Return the trolleys to the marked locations after use. · Do not climb onto the trolleys or allow your children to do so. The trolleys are not designed to carry people. · Take care when placing items onto the trolley. Do not overload. · Only use the trolleys on flat ground and with great care if you take them outside the storage facility. · Never take the trolleys outside Pelican’s grounds · Do not use the trolleys to store items in the Storage Units. If it comes to Pelican’s attention that you use the trolleys for storage or keep them in your Storage Unit, you will be required to pay a daily charge for the trolley(s). Loading and parking area: · Maximum speed in the storage area is 15 km/h. Ask for help if your view is blocked · Only park in areas indicated for this purpose. Please remember that other customers need proper access as well Inside the facility: · Dogs or other pets are not allowed on the premises. · Do not let children out of your sight or allow them to run around the facility. · Do not block the access paths (corridors, gates, doors, driveways, etc.) · Contact the staff if you detect anything suspicious or see anything that can endanger public safety! · Do not overload the lifts. Place the heaviest items in the centre. · Do not monopolise the lifts. Others may also need them. · Stack your items in the Storage Unit with care. Place the heaviest items at the bottom. Do not place any heavy item high up against the wall. · Take care not to build stacks higher than the walls of the Storage Unit. If you need additional space, contact the staff. · The maximum load bearing capacity of the floor is 500 kg/m2 Terms of payment: · If you rent a Storage Unit for longer than one month, the rent must be paid on the first day of each month. · The invoice will be prepared on the 15th day of each month and sent to you a couple of days after, the due date being the first day of the following month. · When a past-due notice has been sent, it cannot be recalled. · If you want to terminate your Storage Unit, Pelican must have received a written notice of termination not later than on the 15th day of the current month. Fire safety: · The facility is equipped with fire alarms and fire exits. They are there for your safety. Never tamper with the fire alarms or block the fire exits. · Alarms are triggered in case of fire or fire drills. Find the nearest fire exit and leave the building immediately.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.

  • Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:

  • Intake Intake begins when you, or someone on your behalf, contacts the LIFE Provider or the Independent Enrollment Broker expressing interest in services. If it appears from this first conversation that you are potentially eligible, a LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker representative will contact you to explain the program, obtain further information about you, and to schedule in person or tele-visits. During these visits: • You will learn how the LIFE Program works, the services LIFE offers, and the answers to any questions you may have about LIFE. • The LIFE Provider and/or Independent Enrollment Broker will explain that if you enroll, you must agree that all of your healthcare services will be provided and/or coordinated by LIFE, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services). • The LIFE Provider will have you sign a release allowing the LIFE Provider to obtain your past medical records so the LIFE health team can fully assess your health conditions. You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process. You should be prepared to participate in phone calls and/or visits with both the LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker in order to complete your enrollment process.

  • Grooming The parties agree that the agency shall have the right to set reasonable and professional grooming standards for its employees. The agency and state agree to consult with the Association in the development of said grooming standards.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will be not be added until approved by SSAS and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require 7 calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the requested date of implementation.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing non-residential buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.
