Trial policy Clause Samples

A trial policy clause defines the terms under which a product or service can be used on a trial basis before a full commitment is required. Typically, it outlines the duration of the trial period, any limitations on usage, and the process for converting to a paid agreement or canceling before charges apply. This clause ensures that both parties understand the conditions of the trial, helping customers evaluate the offering risk-free while protecting the provider from misuse or ambiguity.
