PAYMENT All payments shall be made in US$ by telegraphic transfer. The Treatment Charge shall be agreed annually at the end of each calendar year for the following calendar year based on the changes in the world market prices for gold and silver concentrates and the transport and quality adjustments applicable to the gold concentrate under this agreement.
