Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall: (a) Have custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Company; (b) receive and give receipts for money due and payable to the Company, and deposit such moneys in the name of the Company in such depositories as shall be selected in accordance with this Agreement; (c) in general perform all of the duties incident to the office of treasurer and chief financial officer; and perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to him or her by the President, the Managers or the Member. The Company may have any number of Assistant Treasurers who shall perform the functions of the Treasurer in the Treasurer’s absence or inability or refusal to act.
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall, subject to the direction of the Board of Managers, have general charge of the financial affairs of the Company and shall cause to be kept accurate books of account. He or she shall have custody of all funds, securities, and valuable documents of the Company, except as the Board of Managers may otherwise provide.
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Treasurer will have custody of the Partnership's funds and securities, will keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements, and will deposit all moneys and valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Partnership in such depository or depositories as may be designated by the Governors. The Treasurer will be the chief financial officer of the Partnership. The Treasurer will audit all payrolls and vouchers of the Partnership, receive, audit, and consolidate all operating and financial statements of the Partnership and its various departments, will supervise the accounting and auditing practices of the Partnership, and will have charge of matters relating to taxation. Additionally, the Treasurer will have the power to endorse for deposit, collection, or otherwise all checks, drafts, notes, bills of exchange, and other commercial paper payable to the Partnership and to give proper receipts and discharges for all payments to the Partnership. The Treasurer will perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Governors or as may be delegated from time to time by the president.
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall be the treasurer and chief financial officer of the Company. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall not be required to give a bond for the faithful discharge of his or her duties. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall: (a) have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Company; (b) receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Company from any source whatsoever, and deposit all such moneys in the name of the Company in such banks, trust companies or other depositories as shall be selected by the Managers; and (c) in general, perform all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed by the President and Chief Executive Officer or by the Managers from time to time.
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Treasurer: (a) shall keep accurate financial records for the Company; (b) shall deposit all monies, drafts and checks in the name of and to the credit of the Company in such banks and depositories as the Board shall designate from time to time; (c) shall endorse for deposit all notes, checks and drafts received by the Company as ordered by the Board, making proper vouchers therefor; (d) shall disburse company funds and issue checks and drafts in the name of the Company, as ordered by the Board; (e) shall render to the President and the Board, whenever requested, an account of all of such Officer’s transactions as Treasurer and of the Company’s financial condition; and (f) shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board or the President from time to time. Unless otherwise determined by the Board, the Treasurer shall also be the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. If an Officer other than the Treasurer is designated Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Financial Officer shall perform such duties as the Board may assign from time to time
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of account in written form or any other form capable of being converted into written form. The Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer shall deposit all monies and other valuables in the name and to the credit of the corporation with such depositaries as may be designated by the Board of Directors. He shall disburse all funds of the corporation as may be ordered by the Board of Directors, shall render to the President and Directors, whenever they request it, an account of all of his transactions as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and of the financial condition of the corporation, and shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by these Bylaws.
Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. The Employee shall devote the Employee's full business time and best efforts to the affairs of the Company, except as may otherwise be consented to by the Board of Directors. Employee shall perform such other duties commensurate with the Employee's position as may be specified from time to time by the President of the corporation or the Board of Directors.
