TREASURE TROVE. In the event of discovery by the contractor or his employees during the progress of the works of the any treasure, fossils, minerals or any other articles of value or interest, the contractor shall give immediate intimation there of to the Engineer-in-charge and alongwith make over to the Engineer-in-charge this representative such treasure or things which shall be the property of Government.
