TRAVELLING TIME. Where on a day of rest or on a designated holiday, an employee is required by the Employer to travel outside of his region (i.e. National Capital or Winnipeg) on Mint business, the employee shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate for hours traveled to a maximum of eight (8) hours.
