Common use of Travel Expense Clause in Contracts

Travel Expense. 142. Employees who reside within the City and County of San Francisco and are assigned to work at San Francisco International Airport, Sharp Park shall be reimbursed for travel expenses to and from these locations in the amount of $2.30 per day. Employees who reside within the City and County of San Francisco and are assigned work at Millbrae shall be reimbursed for travel expenses to and from this location in the amount of $2.00 per day. Employees who reside within the City and County of San Francisco and are assigned work at Sunol shall be reimbursed for travel expenses to and from Sunol in the amount of $7.00 per day. In order for an employee to be eligible for this benefit, he or she must file a verified affidavit with the Department of Human Resources stating that their legal residence is at a particular address in the City and County of San Francisco.
