Common use of Travel Documents Clause in Contracts

Travel Documents. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking on behalf of the player to ensure that the player has valid travel documents, such as visas or passports. Players must have their own passports. Parents are responsible for sending the Club Secretary, Xxx Xxxxxxx the players’ passport details as requested and if this information is received the Club has the right to refuse to take the player on the trip without any refund being provided. The Club, District Football Limited and the staff accept no responsibility for lost passport, currency, clothing or other valuables. Limitation of Liability This clause sets out the entire financial liability of the Club and District Football Limited (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors) to the parent and player (whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise).
