Transports. All employees shall be paid time and one-half (1 ½) for each hour spent on transports out of the hospital. For weekender program employees only, employees shall receive the greater of the transport pay or their applicable weekend rate.

Anytime a prisoner transport is over a 150 mile radius of Havana (one way), there will be at least two employees assigned to that transport. The first employee assigned will be called by using the Transport Rotation Log. The second employee will be assigned by going through part time rotation, either to cover for eligible full time employee currently working, or for the part time employee to go on the transport if qualified. If no part time is available, court security officers will be called to transport. In the event that no court security is available, the Transport Rotation Log will be used.
