As workers you need to be aware of whether consent has been given for photos to be taken and used for each young person. This information can be found on iKnow. If consent is not given, and photos are being taken it would be best practice to ensure this is done in a way that does not single out the child or make them feel isolated. It is possible that parents/guardians may have given consent for photos to be taken, however the child themselves may not wish to be included in a photo and it is important to consider this when photos are being taken.
