TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD. 13.01 When employees regularly working for the Employer at or out of the Employer’s shop are required to travel to jobs in which the Employer is involved and which lie outside a 45 kilometre radius and/or over a 45 minute drive (on average) from the Employer's Shop, the following conditions shall apply:
