Common use of Transportation Stipend Clause in Contracts

Transportation Stipend. During the term of his employment hereunder, ---------------------- the Executive shall be entitled to a stipend of $750, to be paid consistent with Company practice for senior executives, each month to cover expenses associated with transportation, including leasing or owning an automobile; provided, -------- however, that the Executive shall properly account therefor in accordance with ------- the requirements for federal income tax deductibility and the Company's policies and procedures.
