Common use of Transportation Stipend Clause in Contracts

Transportation Stipend. All full-time employees will have access to the Transportation Stipend Program. This program allows employees to receive a stipend in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per month for qualified, work-related transportation. Employees shall be required to submit documentation as needed.

All eligible employees using a personal vehicle on work-related business must provide proof of valid state-issued driver’s license, current vehicle registration and automobile insurance at the minimum amount required by the Employer for all vehicles used for work-related business. Employees shall be required to submit additional documentation as needed.
