Only persons hired and certified as bus drivers shall drive on regularly scheduled runs or on extra trips, except in case of emergency or when all regular drivers are unavailable. All drivers shall be properly licensed by the State of Michigan and comply with regulations of the Michigan Department of Education.

Transportation Policies. The OPERATOR will provide transportation to and from the shelter site(s) from specified pick‐up/drop‐off points coordinated with the County and/or local city and the police departments based on need and nature of emergency situation. The policies for travel to and from the Year Round Emergency Shelter Program will be designed to support client needs and minimize potential impact on the adjacent residential neighborhood and businesses. The following transportation measures will be implemented in accordance with the Phase I MOPSP:

If you come in earlier in the day, please plan on waiting in the airport until those times. Students may book flights departing anytime between 9am-4pm on the last day (Saturday) of the program. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FLIGHTS MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS!! We cannot pick up students at any other times than those listed above.   • Certain Policies Prior to the Effective Date, each of the Company and its Subsidiaries shall, consistent with GAAP, the rules and regulations of the SEC and applicable banking laws and regulations, modify or change its loan, OREO, accrual, reserve, tax, litigation and real estate valuation policies and practices (including loan classifications and levels of reserves) so as to be applied on a basis that is consistent with that of Parent; provided, however, that no such modifications or changes need be made prior to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 7.01(a) and 7.01(b); and further provided that in any event, no accrual or reserve made by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to this Section 6.15 shall constitute or be deemed to be a breach, violation of or failure to satisfy any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement, condition or other provision of this Agreement or otherwise be considered in determining whether any such breach, violation or failure to satisfy shall have occurred. The recording of any such adjustments shall not be deemed to imply any misstatement of previously furnished financial statements or information and shall not be construed as concurrence of the Company or its management with any such adjustments.

  • Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred.
