Common use of Transportation of Accident Victims Clause in Contracts

Transportation of Accident Victims. ‌ Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital and return transportation to the worksite or the employee's residence for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer. Return transportation to the employee's home shall not be provided by the Employer where someone at the employee's home can reasonably provide such transportation.
