Common use of Transportation Improvement Program Clause in Contracts

Transportation Improvement Program. The Project has been included in (i) the metropolitan transportation improvement program adopted by the [DRCOG], (ii) the State transportation plan, and (iii) the State transportation improvement program approved by the USDOT or its designated agency, in each case to the extent required by 23 U.S.C. §§ 134 and 135 and 23 U.S.C. § 602(a)(3), as applicable. The financial plan for each such program or plan reflects the amount of the TIFIA Loan and all other federal funds to be used for the Project as sources of funding for the Project.
