Transportation Coordinator. The transportation coordinator will be responsible for interactions with the community in programs related to senior transportation, assessing older adult clients for program enrollment, referring seniors to alternative transportation services, coordinating SNEMT trips for eligible clients, tracking required statistical data, marketing the program services and record keeping for the program.
Transportation Coordinator. The Employer shall employ a Transportation Coordinator to make arrangements with respect to the purchasing, leasing or renting of vehicles which may be required by the Employer. All such arrangements shall be subject to the Employer's approval. The Transportation Coordinator shall be responsible for the supervision of Teamsters employed by the Employer or its agent. (Discipline or dismissal is solely vested with the Employer.)
Transportation Coordinator. Any employee acting as Transportation Coordinator shall be compensated $2,625.00 per year. Such position shall be posted and interviews conducted. It is understood that this position is subject to approval by the Board of Education.
Transportation Coordinator. 31 1 The California School Employees Association and its El Monte Union High School District Chapter No. 11, 2 agrees that the unit is appropriate.
Transportation Coordinator. The Superintendent may appoint a transportation coordinator who will coordinate the activities of busing students to and from school, extracurricular activities, and curricular events; supervision of bus drivers and their professional development, including the scheduling and assignment of personnel within the transportation department and all other duties as described in the job description.
Transportation Coordinator. Anyone designated by the Business Administrator or his/her designee as the Transportation Coordinator will receive a stipend of $4,000.00.
Transportation Coordinator. (Primary School District) and (Other Designated School District) will each be responsible to operate separate transportation programs with their own identity and fund accounting systems. (Primary School District) and (Other Designated School District) will both be responsible for their own payroll and personnel functions. (Primary School District) will provide as a contracted service to (Other Designated School District) such services necessary to direct daily operations, including a Transportation Coordinator who will: Develop, schedule and coordinate bus runs. Work with principals and athletic directors to schedule extra trips. Assist in making recommendations on transportation staffing, and be responsible for arranging the training of all transportation staff members, and serve as the compliance officer for transportation regulations. Implement preventive maintenance schedule for all buses. Direct supervision of transportation employees and evaluate and make recommendations for employment decisions regarding transportation. Work with principals and athletic directors to implement student behavioral expectations, implement annual evacuation training for all students, and serve as the liaison to parents and other community members on transportation needs. Purchase all transportation supplies and materials, and assist the Director of Business/Employee Service in developing bid specifications for the purchase of transportation vehicles. File and process all state and federal reports that apply to transportation. Authorize and verify the hours worked by the employees in the transportation area for the payroll department. Develop and distribute transportation assignments for the transportation employees as defined in (Other Designated School District’s) Master Agreement, including substitute bus drivers when needed.
Transportation Coordinator. Five (5) hours per day, or as required for the drivers’ assigned routes, with a work year of the students’ calendar, plus eight (8) holidays. Additionally, fifteen (15) hours per month during the school year will accrue to be utilized for additional coordinator duties as approved by the Superintendent. There will be an additional three (3) days prior to the students’ calendar and an additional two (2) days at the end of the students’ calendar for coordinator duties to prepare for the school year and wrap up the school year. Additional hours over the summer for bus maintenance scheduling and coordinator duties as needed. For purposes of Article 8, the Transportation Coordinator shall be eligible for benefits pursuant to 8.01(A).
Transportation Coordinator. Developer shall designate a Transportation Coordinator to be responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring the TDM Plan. Once at least 50% of the residential units are occupied, the Transportation Coordinator must be available a minimum of fifteen hours per week. The Transportation Coordinator‟s contact information shall be provided to the City and updated as necessary. The Transportation Coordinator shall be responsible for promoting the TDM Plan to employees and residents, updating information boards/websites, offering carpool and vanpool matching services and assisting with route planning and will be the point of contact for administration of the annual survey and TDM Plan report required by this Agreement, in addition to any other services the Transportation Coordinator may perform at the Project for Developer. Transportation Coordinator services may be provided through the TMA contemplated in Section 2.8.2(b)(2)(ii) below. Only:
Transportation Coordinator. The classified employee assigned the function of transportation coordinator shall receive an annual salary stipend of $3,000.00.
