Transportation Allowance. An employee will not be required to use their own vehicle for the Employer’s business. If an employee is requested to use their own vehicle for Employer business, s/he shall be reimbursed fifty-two cents ($0.52) per kilometer or the rate established by the Employer’s policy, whichever is greater.
