Transport for loop concentrators Clause Samples
The 'Transport for loop concentrators' clause defines the responsibilities and arrangements for transporting loop concentrator equipment between locations. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for the costs, logistics, and risk of loss or damage during transit, and may outline procedures for packaging, shipping, and delivery timelines. Its core practical function is to ensure clear allocation of transport duties and risks, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring the safe and timely movement of essential equipment.
Transport for loop concentrators multiplexers services not supported by embedded technologies will be provided pursuant to applicable tariffs or as individually agreed upon by GTE and MEBTEL. The Parties understand that embedded loop concentrators/multiplexers are not necessarily capable of providing advanced and/or digital services.
