Transport Charges. (a) For AUS-VC Dial-Out Transport Charges, Customer will pay to Company the following transport charges (per ****, per site) (except for those countries listed in Section 2.1.2(b) below), based on the Service Regions set forth in Section 2.1.2(d) below, for the countries (where service is available) listed in Section 2.1.2(d) below. Second and subsequent daily collections from the same farm will incur a charge of $50. Second and subsequent collection charges will be waived if the total daily milk volume collected is less than the total vat capacity (other than where a Vat Out event applies, see Section 4.12 of this Handbook). If a supplier makes changes to vat capacity, they must notify their Field Services Advisor. Suppliers who have sufficient vat capacity for skip-a-day milk collection across the Milk Year, (and who remain a supplier at the end of the Milk Year) will have a total vat capacity incentive of $1,400 paid with June milk proceeds in July 2021. Where a supplier ceases before the end of the Milk Year (other than where terminated by SDA for material breach) and the supplier has had sufficient vat capacity for a skip-a-day collection from the beginning of the Milk Year to the last date of supply, the vat capacity incentive will be paid on a pro-rata basis. Minimum collection The minimum milk collection is 400 litres. Where three consecutive collections occur below 400 litres, suppliers will be charged $50 per subsequent collection under 400 litres. Milk collection is measured by flowmeter devices fitted to milk tankers. These devices are tested and calibrated annually by independent third parties to ensure volume accuracy.
Transport Charges. Delivery and collections including attempted calls are chargeable. If Equipment is not available or only partially available for collection then the Hirer will be charged for each journey.
Transport Charges. RNK agrees that it shall not xxxx Verizon transport charges in Massachusetts with respect to the transport of Verizon originated traffic to RNK’s switch in Bedford, Massachusetts, CLLI (BDFRMAAWDSO) or in order to recover any costs associated with multiplexing equipment that RNK installed at said switch in order to process Verizon originated traffic.
Transport Charges. 5.1 The Principal shall separately pay sea freight charges for the cartage of plant where sea freight transportation is required to the designated site at the Principal’s determine charges. The Principal shall pay the mobilization or demobilization rate at the Principal’s determine charges for any plant that is engaged outside the designated metered areas as per annexure 1.
